Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff starrer film War has surprised everyone with their box office opening and it has shown the power of two superstars. The film released on 2nd October on Gandhi Jayanti, so it got an unexpected and surprising collection at the box office on its opening day. The film on its opening day collected 53.35 crores and turned out to be the biggest opening of 2019 so far.
Not only the opening day, but Siddharth Aanand directorial has also got good numbers on the second day that was a working day after Gandhi Jayanti. According to the early trade reports, the most awaited action film of the year collected around 24 crores, and with that the total collection of 75 crores.

This is the first time when Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan have collaborated and the stars have already shown their power at the box office. The interesting thing is that both the stars have their different fan base and it helped the film to get an amazing opening. The trade experts have already given a blockbuster tag to War and now it has to see what will be the overall collection of the film in its opening weekend of 5 days.
The surprising thing is that the film has clashed with two big movies, one from Hollywood and another one from Telugu. Hollywood's most talked-about film Joker also released the same but it has not received well in India. While Chiranjeevi starrer Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is totally disappointing in Hindi.
