Varun Dhawan - Alia Bhatt's next film to clash with Ajay Devgn's Baadshaho?

After Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt join hands for yet another romantic film and yet again it will be directed by Shashank Khaitan.

Produced by Karan Johar, the love story will go on floors in May this year, reports boxofficeindia.co.in. In the film, Varun Dhawan will be seen essaying the character of a Shiv Bhakt who falls in love with a girl next door, Alia Bhatt.

The producers are eyeing the Republic Day 2017 weekend to release the film. A few days back, T Series announced the release date of Ajay Devgn's much anticipated film, Baadshaho directed by Milan Luthria.

T Series is also eyeing the Republic Day weekend release slot for Baadshaho and the shooting for the film is expected to commence in June 2016. Though it's too early to say, it would be interesting to see if the two giants lock horns at the Box-Office or no.
