Shweta Basu Prasad who did 2002 released film Makdee as a child artist, who later got recognized with a national award is now engaged to her boyfriend. Shweta is in the relationship for a long time and she is dating filmmaker boyfriend Rohit Mittal. Shweta and Rohit are dating each other from last four years and finally, they have decided to take their relationship to next level.
Shweta normally does artistic films but she was last seen in Karan Johar produced Badrinath ki Dulhania starring alongside Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. She played Varun Dhawan's Bhabhi in Shashank Khaitan directorial Badrinath Ki Dulhania. Shweta is quite popular in Telugu film industry and she was in the controversy when she got trapped in the sex racket.
According to the reports, Shweta Basu Prasad proposed to her boyfriend Rohit Mittal in Goa and she broke the ideology that a boy proposes to the girls the most. First Shweta proposed Rohit in Goa and then Rohit proposed Shweta in Pune.
