Sonam Kapoor on body shaming: People asked who will marry me, I m too dark, fat and tall
These days Arbaaz Khan after taking a break from acting is hosting the talk show and celebrities have come to the show to interact with him. Recently, after Kareena Kapoor, Karan Johar, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha, now Sonam Kapoor came to Arbaaz's show. Arbaaz shared a teaser of next episode his show which will feature Sonam Kapoor on 16th April.
In the short teaser, we see Sonam Kapoor talking about on a few topics, like Body Shaming, Nation on Twitter, and etc. Sonam in the interview revealed that Kareena is on Twitter but under a pseudonym. While she also opened up about the body shaming she faced during her initial time.
Sonam told to Arbaaz in the teaser, “People would say, bahut patli hai, bahot moti ho gayi hai, kaali ho gayi hai, lumbi ho gayi hai, shaadi kaun karega” (she is too thin, too fat, too dark, too tall, who will marry her).
Let us tell you that in one segment of his show, Arbaaz shows the trolling to the celebrities and asks them to respond on it. Recently, when Kareena came to the show then Arbaaz read a comment on Kareena that reads how Saif allowing Kareena to wear a bikini.
Respond to it, Kareena said, “Who is Saif to stop me from wearing a bikini anyway? Because I don’t think my relationship is as such that Saif would ever tell me why are you wearing a bikini or why are you doing such things or what? I don’t think so at all. I think we share a very responsible relationship. He trusts me and when I am wearing a bikini then obviously there’s a reason I am wearing it: I am taking a dip.”
