Shraddha Kapoor plays truant

The actress had to bow out of two of her shoot schedules at the last moment

Shraddha Kapoor has been busy promoting her upcoming film Ok Jaanu, along with her co-star Aditya Roy Kapoor. The film is set to release on January 13 and the actors have already started their show appearances on different reality shows. However on Saturday, Shraddha cancelled all her shoots. A source says, "Shraddha and Aditya were supposed to shoot for Comedy Nights Bachao in the afternoon. But she did not turn up and the film's team informed us that Shraddha is not available to shoot, as her driver suffered from cardiac arrest and is admitted in hospital."

The actress was also going to shoot with Karan Johar for his show Koffee with Karan on same day. Another source says, "Shraddha was going to come on the show with Sushant Singh Rajput. The episode was to be shot on Saturday morning, but since Shraddha could not make it, we have now decided to shoot with them later."

A person associated with the shows confirms that the actress did cancel the shoot at last moment.

It is said that Shraddha is very close to her staff, and it was a kind of a shock for her too. Therefore she chose to cancel her commitment for a day.

Shraddha remained unavailable for comment.
