Shah Rukh Khan, who is known to have one release a year, made a birthday resolution in 2015 to be part of three to four films a year thus creating the scope to experiment. The actor, who wrapped up shooting for Raees, is currently busy with Gauri Shinde's next film where he is paired alongside Alia Bhatt.
King Khan has been in talks with directors like Imtiaz Ali and Anand L Rai since a long time and the actor confirmed the same while promoting Dilwale. While details about Imtiaz Ali's next film are still under wraps, the actor will be seen essaying the character of a little person in Anand L Rai's next film, which is a love story revolving around a dwarf.
SRK is yet to officially sign the film since the script is still in progress. However, director Anand L Rai took to Twitter to confirm that he plans to announce the cast of his next film by the end of March.
While interacting with BoxofficeIndia.co.in, Anand L Rai revealed that his next film goes on floors in December 2016. He said,

"Himanshu (Sharma) is currently busy scripting and once we lock the script and once the actors get finalised, we will start shooting. Hopefully, we should start rolling by this year-end."
The movie is set to release on Christmas 2017.
