Another heartbreaking news for Bollywood has come amid coronavirus lockdown after the death of two big stars Rishi Kapoor and Irrfan Khan last month. Bollywood and tv actor Mohit Baghel passed away due to cancer. He died at 26.

The distressing news was shared by the writer and director Raaj Shaandilyaa on Twitter.

He wrote, “Mohit, mere bhai itni jaldi kya thi jaane ki? Maine tujhse kahaa tha dekh tere diye saari industry ruk gayi hai. jaldi se theekh hoke aaja uske baad hi sab kaam shuru karenge. Tu bahot achi acting karta hai. Agli film ke set pe tera intezaar karunga.... aur tujhe aana hi padega. Om Sai Ram #cancer RIP.”

Raaj, who made his directorial debut with Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Dream Girl, had signed Mohit for his upcoming film. Even Mohit considered Raaj as his mentor. He had also worked with him as a child artist in Comedy Circus.

Mohit’s talent also sought the attention of Bollywood’s Dabangg star Salman Khan as we have seen both of them sharing the screen in the 2011 film ‘Reddy’.

He had also worked in Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra’s Jabariya Jodi.

Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra took to Twitter and wrote, “One of the nicest people to work with! Happy, positive, and motivated always. Love you Mohit. RIP”

His sudden demise has shocked celebs from the entertainment industry as several condolences messages have started pouring over his death news on social media.

Notably, the actor hailed from Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura and was born on June 7, 1993.
