Salman Khan shoots for Bigg Boss at Lonavla every week only for a day. However, the actor was to take part in the finale of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa but instead of going on the sets of their show he asked them to shoot on his sets. A source says, "The channel and the production house wanted Salman to come for a finale and announce a winner as well as do a small act. They did approach him and he agreed too. However later he realised that he had other work commitments so he won't be able to travel to Mumbai and shoot with them. "

The celebrity dance reality show has been running for six months and the finale is on January 21. It is said that the makers decided to change the venue of their finale only for the star. A source says, " Since Salman has a hectic schedule, we decided to shoot with him at Lonavla. The crew will travel there along with judges and contestants and then followed by the announcement of the winner. "
