Actor Tiger Shroff and director Sabbir Khan make for one of the successful director-actor jodis in Bollywood now.

After launching Tiger and Kriti Sanon in action-musical, Heropanti, the director once again came on board with the actor in Baaghi. And now, while Baaghi 2 has been locked for the next year, both Tiger and Sabbir have started working on Munna Michael which will be releasing in early 2017.

Munna Michael, which has been touted as yet another film from the action-musical genre, will have Tiger showcasing his dancing skills like never before.

Even though pre-production work on the film has started, the hunt for the lead female actor in Munna Michael is also on.

While there were reports that the makers were thinking of signing Tiger Shroff's real life lady love -- Disha Patani opposite him in the film, there has been an interesting update. The director recently stated that the producers of Munna Michael be introducing a fresh female face in the industry.

The makers are currently auditioning across the country to hunt for the new female actor to be featured opposite Tiger in this dance-oriented film.

When questioned about it, Sabbir Khan said:

"Yes, it's true we are looking for a new girl and even as we speak reputed casting directors in various parts of the country are meeting and auditioning fresh faces for the part. I've always encouraged and worked with newcomers and feel proud to bring new talent to the industry."

Producer Viki Rajani of Next Gen Films seemed excited about the hunt and said:

"Sabbir has already successfully introduced Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon in Heropanti and I'm confident that he will find someone that shows the potential of being the next biggest Gen-X star with this film. The nationwide auditions have been on for a month now and are taking place across Chandigarh, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkatta, and Bangalore."

"The single biggest challenge in our industry is finding new talent with the potential to be superstars. We're proud to partner with Next Gen Films to find and launch India's next big female superstar. Munna Michael will see the birth of a shining new star".
