Love Aaj Kal: This is what Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan feel about Kartik Aaryan, Sara Ali Khan’s starrer
Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan’s starrer Love Aaj Kal took the internet by storm after makers released the trailer yesterday. As soon as the trailer hit the internet netizens started comparing the film with Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone’s Love Aaj Kal.
The trailer is receiving immense love and applaud from the people and the celebs. However, Saif is not quite impressed with the trailer. In an interview, he firstly wished the team and also supported his daughter and added that he liked the trailer of his film that released in 2009. Talking about Deepika who essayed the role of Meera in the prequel of the film applauded the trailer and wrote, “Love you long long time Imtiaz!”
Not just this when Kartik posted the trailer on his Instagram handle Deepika was the first one to drop the comment. She praised the trailer and his acting skills, “you are” to this Kartik replied, “just like you.”

Meanwhile, during the trailer launch, Sara was asked about the comparison of her to that of Deepika’s. To this, she replied, “I think the comparison is something which will go on. But I don't think this is Love Aaj Kal 2. We are not making a sequel here. This film depicts what love is in today’s time. In the earlier Love Aaj Kal Deepika and my father had beautifully shown what love was 11 years ago.”
Talking about the film the film also stars Randeep Hooda apart from Sara and Kartik. The film is helmed by Imtiaz Ali while it is being produced by Reliance entertainment and Maddock Films. The film is slated to release on the eve of Valentine’s Day i.e 14th February this year.
