On the professional front, Karan Johar is going to start the preparation of his next directorial venture Takht. The film Takht will be his first period drama film that will star Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Anil Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and others in the leading role. The film is slated to release in 2020.
