10 years of Ranbir Kapoor: Is this Kapoor lad the biggest acting superstar of this generation?
Ranbir Kapoor completes 10 years: Ranbir Kapoor is on now 35 years old and the young lad of Kapoor family has completed 10 years in the filmdom today. Since Ranbir Kapoor made debut in Bollywood, he is setting up goals for new generation actors. There are always been discussions that talented actors never get a chance to prove themselves just because the film family people don't make space for them.
Even when Ranbir Kapoor made debut in Bollywood, people said that he has got the chance in films just because he belongs from Kapoor family. Even when he was doing films after his first film tanked at the box office, people said he is getting a chance just because of the surname. Then what without saying anything, the actor gave a strong reply by his work and his films.
Ranbir proved that he is not in the industry just because he is Kapoor by giving a marvellous performance in Imtiaz Ali's Rockstar. He won many awards for the film. Then what, next year he proved just by expressing his expressions in Anurag Basu's most appreciated film Barfi. It was surely a milestone for his career.
Till then the Ranbir was just proving that he is a very talented actor, then 2013 he finally got the tag of superstar Ranbir Kapoor. In 2013, Ranbir gave his career's biggest blockbuster Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani which broke many records at the box office. After this film, even critics accepted that yes he is the next superstar after Shah Rukh, Salman, and Aamir Khan.
Not only his hit films and many-acclaimed films, he also has shown that he never scared of taking big risks in his career, by choosing many un-conventional roles. His roles in films like Rockstar, Jagga Jasoos, Barfi, Rocket Singh: Salesman of the year, Tamasha, Raajneeti and much more were surely are the roles which other actors would not have been chosen in their early stage of career.
Now, we can imagine that other star kids have made Ranbir Kapoor as their inspiration to be successful in films. No, doubt Ranbir has proved that he is the biggest acting superstar of this generation.
