This Diwali will mark the return of Salman Khan in his much loved avatar of Prem. He will reprise his famous role in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo - a family drama directed by Sooraj Barjatya.

As the film nears its release, we hear that Harshaali Malhotra, who became an overnight sensation post Bajrangi Bhaijaan was temporarily a part of Salman Khan's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.

The adorable kid had not just signed the film but also shot for her part in the film. However, on Salman Khan's insistence, Sooraj Barjatya agreed to replace Harshaali with another child artist.

Harshaali's mother, Kajal Malhotra confirmed the news. She said,

"Harshaali was a part of Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Even before shooting for Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Harshaali had shot for her character in PRDP. She had shot with Sooraj ji for two days. But post Bajrangi Bhaijaan both Salman and I were of the opinion that it won't make sense for Harshaali to do a small role in the film".

"On Salman Khan's insistence, Sooraj ji was kind enough to replace Harshaali with another child artist," Harshaali's mother said.
