Post Drishyam, Ajay Devgn was going to start shooting for his next with director Milan Luthria from October this year. However, the actor who is busy with the pre-production of his dream directorial Shivaay requested Luthria to postpone shooting for the film as he wants to completely concentrate on Shivaay.

Having known Ajay Devgn since 90's, Luthria, decided to push the shooting schedule of Baadshaho to February next year without any hesitation.

Pivotal portions of Shivaay require a particular climate to be shot and that is one of the major reasons to advance the shooting of Shivaay to November this year. Devgn has plans to shoot the film in the snowy mountains of Bulgaria and the production unit recently visited the country to lock different locations for the film.

Devgn will wrap up shooting for 70 per cent of Shivaay in Bulgaria by February next year, post which he will start shooting for Baadshaho in Punjab and Delhi. Just like Drishyam, the shooting of Baadshaho will be wrapped up start-to-finish in one go from February to May 2016.

The remaining 30 per cent of Shivaay is expected to be shot within a span of one month in June at huge sets erected in Mumbai.

The director of Baadshaho, Milan Luthria speaking about the same to dna said, "Ajay's film Shivaay is a weather-controlled project. Ajay called me to say that he has got together the international crew again and requested me if we could start shooting for Baadshaho from February next year. He needs the snow for Shivaay. As he personally asked me to accommodate my dates because of the weather issue, I immediately agreed."

Shivaay is scheduled to release in Diwali next year whereas the new release date of Baadshaho is yet to be announced.
