Here's what Kapil Sharma's new show is all about. A sneak peek of the promo

Kapil Sharma is set to return to the small screen with a bang. After his popular stint with Colors' Comedy Nights With Kapil, the comedian-turned-actor is now a household name. However, things between Kapil and the channel turned sour a few months ago, and Krushna Abhishek's Comedy Nights Live took over the CNWK time slot on the channel.

However, the team of CNWK is returning with a new comedy show on Sony Television. The promo video of the show has already been shot and it looks interesting. The video, which is yet to be released, will show the team members in a new avatar. Decked up in black suits, Kapil and his mad family will be essaying the role of detectives.

In the video, Kapil and his team will be seen de-boarding a chopper. Later, Navjot Singh Sidhu enters in an auto-rickshaw. Paresh Ganatra, who was seen playing Manju's brother in CNWK will be the one driving the rickshaw.

Sidhu then leaves the auto and boards the helicopter while the team then takes the auto and goes away. The poster behind the rickshaw will have Sony Entertainment written on it.

It is also likely that the characters of Dadi and Gutthi won't be there.
