From KBC to Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai, list of TV shows to start shooting amid COVID-19 lockdown

TV shows to resume shooting amid COVID-19 Lockdown

Good news for all the TV lovers as FWICE has given the nod to resume shooting under the new guidelines. However, not all but few shows will make there come back on television. Well, this was the first time in the history that the entertainment industry came to a halt and credits goes to the Coronavirus that forced everyone to stay at home to avoid the outspread of the virus.

However, after over a month of halt FWICE has come up with the guidelines and have allowed Ekta Kapoor’s shows such as Naagin 4, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Yeh Hai Chahatein, Kundali Bhagya among others; Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati, Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai among few others to resume the shooting from the end of the June. And if all of the makers adhere to the guidelines then other shows might also resume.

As per the guidelines, the sets will have rotational shifts comprising of only 50% of staff at a time so that one is jobless. Everyone present on the set will have to take precautionary measures such as will have to wear a mask and pair of gloves and to ensure this a police officer will be present at the location. People above the age of 50 are not allowed on the sets and are asked to stay at home as they are more prone to the deadly virus.

 

The channel and the producers will have to compensate the families of workers that lose their lives to Coronavirus with a minimum amount of Rs 50 lakh. In case of accidental death, the compensation is of Rs 30-40 lakh.
