Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji actress Sejal Sharma commits suicide

Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji actress Sejal Sharma has committed suicide on Friday morning at her rented apartment at Mira Road. The actress who rose to fame after playing the role of Simmi Khosla, Ansh Bagri aka Rocky’s adopted sister was found hanging from the ceiling fan by a dupatta.

As per the police, the deceased friend who was sharing the flat with the actress informed the police about the unfortunate situation at around 5:30 am. The cause of death is still not known, however, things were not going smoothly in her personal life.

Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji actor Aru K Verma confirmed the news to the TOI and said that he is not able to believe that she is no more as they met just 10 days ago and on Sunday they had a chat on WhatsApp. The family has taken her body to Udaipur to perform the last rites.

Sajal started her career as a model and had also acted in several Bollywood films, web series (Azad Parindey). The actress made her debut on the small screen through Star Plus’ show Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji featuring Jasmin Bhasin, Ansh Bagri.
