Censorship on Amazon Prime and Netflix; these adult web-series crossed all barriers of vulgarity
An NGO named Maatr Foundation has filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) regarding the adult-web series. As per the foundation they want some rules to be put on the content of these series created by Netflix, Amazon Prime, Balaji Telefilms, Yash Raj Films, Ullu and many more. Also, the Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a notice on a petition against online platforms such as Amazon Prime and Netflix.
Since there is no censorship on OTT platforms makers try to explore with the various genres and in exploration producers often embark on the bold contents as its not cakewalk as it seems. Nowadays, makers have attached a message with the adult content which helps the series to grow. But some times these series cross their barriers and start showing vulgar content.
Here is the list of adult web-series that might get censored if Netflix, Amazon Prime, Balaji Telefilms including others gets a notice.

1. Sacred Games
This series features on Netflix an Indian web-series starring Saif Ali Khan, Pankaj Tiwari, Nawazuddin Siddiqui among others. The series was directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane.
2. Gandi Baat
Alt Balaji’s most talked web-series which is has crossed all barriers of boldness. This series was directed by small screen's celebrated director Ekta Kapoor.
3. Lust Stories
An Indian anthology web-series which brought four big directors together to create meaningful short stories. This web- series features on Netflix and is directed by Karan Johar, Anurag Kashyap, Dibakar Banerjee and Zoya Akhtar.

4. Mirzapur
A tale of wannabe gangster and Don of Mirzapur. This series has the punch of everything drama, action, romance, sex and thrill. The series is directed by Karan Anshuman and Gurmmeet Singh.
5. XXX Uncensored
An AltBalaji’s series has broken all the barriers of nudity.
6. Ragini MMS Returns
Another popular series which created a rift among the youth over the hot sizzling story with the punch of horror and this made the viewers intrigued and long for the show.
