World T20: Damp squib in Nagpur as rain interrupts Hong Kong vs Scotland

Speed News Desk | Updated on: 14 February 2017, 5:54 IST

Rain. It's been an ever present feature of the last two days of the ICC World T20. Be it Dharamsala or Nagpur, rain has played spoilsport.

While Netherlands and Ireland got knocked out of the tournament due to it, the weather gods have been far kinder to Hong Kong and Scotland, as they played their inconsequential match in Nagpur. The Hong Kong innings currently stands on 120-7 in 19.3 overs.

Mark Chapman has top scored for Hong Kong with 40 runs in 41 balls, but was caught smartly by Kyle Coetzer off the bowling of Watt.

Kinchit Shah and Aizaz Khan are currently on the crease for Hong Kong, who will be looking to take their score past 130 in the next three balls.

More updates to follow.
