76-year-old woman saves neighbour from getting robbed; netizens amazed [WATCH]

A 76-year-old woman from Oakland, California made sure not to let her neighbour get robbed in broad daylight. The elderly woman, identified as Faye ran to save her fellow elderly neighbour and literally shooed away the malefactors. A video of her bravery is now going viral on the internet.

The video footage of the incident was posted by Good News Correspondent on Twitter. “76-yr-old Miss Faye ran out with her cane to save her neighbor, another senior citizen, from getting robbed in broad daylight last week. Ms. Faye even called for her German shepherd Troy to help apprehend the subject,” read the caption.

The video shared already has more than 6k views and the numbers are swiftly rising. “She joked that she would have got to the scene quicker had it not been for her knees. One neighbor said, ‘Ms. Faye is a badass woman. None of us were surprised’,” read a part of a comment by the Good News Correspondent.

Internet users were astounded to witness the elderly woman’s bravery and lauded her for her quick response. Many also wrote about how the miscreants left because the pet dog Troy also ran to assist Faye.
