Will Nargis Fakhri make her Tollywood debut with Chiranjeevi's Kathilantodu?

Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi is all set to make a comeback with his 150th film, Kathilantodu, which will see him play a double role.

​Catch had previously reported that Kathilantodu is a remake of theTamil blockbuster, Kaththi. The veteran actor has stayed away from the big screen since the release of his 2007 film, Shankar Dada Zindabad.​

The VV Vinayak-directorial will be produced by Chiranjeevi's son and actor-turned producer Ram Charan under his banner, the Konidela Production Company. The Tollywood superstar was reportedly paid a sum of Rs 30 crore for his comeback film.

The makers are yet to name the leading lady of the film. The names of Nanyanthara and Anushka Shetty were previously making the rounds for the female lead. However, according to the latest update, the makers are in talks with Nargis Fakhri for the plum role.

The actress was last seen onscreen in Sajid Nadiadwala's Housefull 3.
