Here is a sad news for all the Vijay Sethupathi fans. The actor has reportedly walked out of Vetriman's upcoming film Vada Chennai.

Touted as a gangster-flick, Vada Chennai was in news ever since the makers roped in to cast Vijay Sethupathi along with the producer and film's lead hero, Dhanush. And Vijay is one of the busiest actors in Tamil film industry. The Aandavan Kattlai actor had six releases in 2016 and the actor has another five releases lined-up for release in 2017.

However, since Dhanush is the producer of Vada Chennai, he failed to use Vijay Sethupathi's dates for the same. Also, Dhanush is busy with his upcoming releases, Enai Noki Paayum Thota, VIP 2 and Maari 2. And due to the lack of dates, Vijay Sethupathi decided to walk out of the film.

The shooting of Vada Chennai is expected to commence from March. The film also stars Amala Paul and Andrea Jeremiah.
