Ram Charan's Rangasthalam creates history! The period village drama has set a massive record at the USA Box Office. Directed by Sukumar and bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, Rangasthalam was released on March 30 across the cinemas worldwide. Rangasthalam stars Ram Charan in the titular role of a sound engineer, Chitti Babu and Samantha as his leading heroine Rama Lakshmi.

Catch had previously reported that Rangasthalam had emerged as the second fastest Telugu film after the Baahubali series to clock $ 2 million at the USA Box Office.

And now, the Ram Charan - Samantha Ruth Prabhu starrer has set an unique record at the USA Box Office.

On Saturday, Rangasthalam crossed the coveted $ 3 million mark at the USA Box Office. The film also unseats the record set by the 2015 Mahesh Babu blockbuster Srimanthudu as well. And with this feat, Rangasthalam emerged as the all-time third highest Telugu grosser after SS Rajamouli's 2015 blocbuster Baahubali: The Beginning and all-India blockbuster Baahubali: The Conclusion at the USA Box Office.
