USA Box Office : Baahubali 2 creates history, emerges as the first Indian film to cross Rs. 100 crore
SS Rajamouli's Baahubali : The conclusion is said to have set an unbelievable record at the USA box office.
Baahubali 2 has now emerged as the first Indian film to cross Rs. 100 crore at the USA box office. It is a unique record considering that many Bollywood blockbusters struggled to go past the Rs. 50 crore mark in the US.
Bollywood film critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter page to announce the update on Sunday.
"The UNTHINKABLE has happened: #Baahubali2 is the FIRST INDIAN FILM to cross ₹ 100 cr in NORTH AMERICA on Sat. ALL RECORDS SHATTERED".
Baahubali 2 stars Prabhas in dual roles as father and son, Amarendra Baahubali and Mahendra Baahubali. The film also stars Anushka Shetty, Rana Daggubati, Sathyaraj, Tamannaah Bhatia, Nassar and Ramyakrishnan.
