Telugu actor Chiranjeevi's Khaidi No 150 is doing good business overseas, especially at the US Box Office. Directed by VV Vinayak and produced by Chiranjeevi's son and actor-producer Ram Charan, the film is a Telugu remake of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Tamil blockbuster Kaththi.
After crossing $ 1 million mark from the US premiere shows alone, the film has now got into the coveted $ 2 million club.
The action-entertainer has registered excellent occupancy almost everywhere and was rock steady throughout the opening weekend. From it's 5-day weekend, Khaidi No 150 has minted $ 2,002,531 to become the third Telugu film with highest opening weekend after SS Rajamouli's Baahubali : The Beginning and Mahesh Babu's Srimanthudu. The Chiranjeevi starrer also emerged as the fourth Tollywood film to cross $ 2 million mark after Baahubali, Srimanthudu and Nitiin - Samantha - Anupama starrer A..Aa.
Khaidi No 150 will be aiming to cross the collections of A..Aa ($ 2.45 million) and Srimanthudu ($ 2.89 million) by the end of second weekend.
