UAE Box Office: Terrific advance booking for Tiger Zinda Hai, Velaikkaran​ good, ​​​​​Vimaanam ​& ​MCA ​decent

The UAE Box Office will witness a massive clash this weekend with the release of six Indian films.

Salman Khan's Bollywood film Tiger Zinda Hai, Prithviraj's Malayalam release Vimaanam, Telugu films Nani - Sai Pallavi starrer MCA and Akhil Akkineni's Hello, Tamil films Sivakarthikeyan - Nayanthara - Fahadh Faasil starrer Velaikkaran and Santhanam's Sakka Podu Podu Raja.

While Tiger Zinda Hai and Velaikkaran are slated to release on Thursday, Vimaanam, MCA, Hello and Sakka Podu Podu Raja will hit the UAE screens on Friday.

The advance booking for all the films have opened and as expected the Salman Khan starrer is leading by a huge margin. Be it Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, opening weekend shows of Tiger Zinda Hai at most places have been sold like hot cakes. The final screen count of the film is yet-to-be-revealed, but as of now it has been confirmed that Tiger Zinda Hai will easily dominate on its opening weekend.

Meanwhile, the advance booking for Velaikkaran has opened to a great start while Vimaanam and MCA are off to decent response.

Generally, Malayalam films take four weeks to one month time for its overseas release, but in the case of Vimaanam, the Prithviraj starrer is having a simultaneous release along with its India theatrical release on Friday.
