Jr NTR is new king of USA Box Office, scores hat-trick of $ 1 million with Janatha Garage

Last Thursday saw the release of Telugu superstar Jr NTR's new film, Janatha Garage. The film, which is an out-and-out action-family entertainer also stars Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and Malayalam youth icon Unni Mukundan. And now, it has been confirmed that Janatha Garage has comfortably crossed the coveted the Rs 1 million mark on its opening weekend itself. The Koratala Siva directorial, which premiered in USA with a whopping $ 737,545 on Thursday has minted $ 216,405 and $ 275,501 on Friday and Saturday at the USA Box Office. The total collection of the film now stands at $ 1,229,651 and with this achievement, Jr NTR scores a hat-trick as Janatha Garage becomes the actor's third film in a row to touch the magical 1 million mark at USA Box Office.

His previous blockbusters, Nannaku Prematho and Temper too crossed the Rs 1 million mark at the USA Box Office.
