First look for Ilayathalapathy's Vijay 60 to be revealed on superstar's 42nd birthday

Vijay​​ is undoubtedly one of the biggest superstars in India. Just like Bollywood's Salman Khan, Vijay's Tamil films ensure a record opening and do blockbuster business at the Box Office. The Ilayathalapathy of Tamil Cinema will celebrate his 42nd birthday on Wednesday, 22 June, 2016.

The good news for the Ilayathalapathy fans is that the makers of his upcoming film, Vijay 60, are planning to give his fans a special gift on his birthday.​ ​Reportedly, the much-awaited first look of Vijay 60 will be released on that day. The makers are also planning to make the actor's birthday an eventful one by revealing the title of his 60th film as a gift for the superstar's fans.

The makers had recently wrapped-up the first shooting schedule in Chennai. The film, written and directed by Bharathan, will feature Vijay in a double role. Touted as an action-family entertainer, Vijay 60 will star Keerthy Suresh - of Rajini Murugan fame - as the female lead. Veteran Telugu actor Jagapati Babu has been roped in to be the antagonist. The film also stars Aparna Vinod, YG Mahendraa and Daniel Balaji.
