Clean 'U' certificate for Brahmotsavam, Mahesh Babu's family entertainer releases this Friday
The censor board has cleared the much-awaited Mahesh Babu film, Brahmotsavam. Much to the delight of the makers and the superstar's fans, the film has received a clean 'U' certificate from the Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC).
The film's censor certificate had already created headlines and became a trending topic on Twitter. The family entertainer's run time is 2 hours and 36 minutes.
The super hit director-actor duo will be looking for another blockbuster with Brahmotsavam after their successful collaboration, Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. Their previous outing, also a family entertainer, was released in 2013.
Brahmotsavam also stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Kajal Aggarwal, and Pranitha Subhash. The supporting cast includes veteran stars like Sathyaraj, Revathi, and Jayasudha. Brahmotsavam is produced by Prasad V Potluri and Mahesh Babu under the banners of PVP Cinemas and G Mahesh Babu Entertainment Private Limited. The film is slated to release on 20 May 2016.
