Big blow to Akshay Kumar; '2.0' starring Rajinikanth will not release in 3D

However, if the current reports are to be believed, Akshay Kumar's this 450 crores film that was supposed to release in 3D will now not be released in the same format. Yes, this is true and the expectations are that now the film will release on 2D only. Actually, the film can take a long time to convert it into the 3D format and for that, the producers are not ready.

The makers have seen a long postponement of this venture and even the producers are in trouble now so they want to release this film as soon as possible. The reports are also that the film already has crossed its budget and now the makers don't want to put more amount on this delayed project.

Talking about the film then it is a sequel of 2010 released film Robot starring Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Now the sequel film will have Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson in leading roles and the film is directed by Shankar who also directed the first film. Reports are that now the film will release on Diwali 2018.
