Bharat Ane Nenu: Mahesh Babu emerges the sixth South film actor to have a Rs. 200 crore grosser, detailed report inside

Fans of Mahesh Babu can rejoice as the actor's recent release Bharat Ane Nenu has finally enetered into the coveted Rs. 200 crore club. Directed by Koratala Siva and produced by DVV Danayya, the political thriller starred the Telugu superstar in the titular role of a Chief Minister named Bharat.

The film, which had released on April 20 has minted approximately Rs. 202 crore at the end of it's 25-theatrical days. It's indeed a terrific comeback by Mahesh Babu as his previous two films, Brahmostsavam and SPYder turned out to be two of the biggest disasters of Indian film history.

And with Bharat Ane Nenu's Rs. 200 crore worldwide collection, Mahesh Babu also emerged as the third Telugu actor and sixth South or to have a Rs. 200 crore grosser. Superstar Rajinikanth and Baahubali actor Prabhas tops the list with two Rs. 200 crore hits while Vikram, Thalapathy Vijay, Ram Charan and now Mahesh Babu share the second spot with a solo Rs. 200 crore grossers respectively.
