Anushka Shetty's Bhaagamathie is slated to release early next year, but the film has already proved to be a money spinner for its makers, V Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati of UV Creations. Directed by G Ashok, the film is tipped to be a horror thriller. Similar to Anushka Shetty's Baahubali series, Bhaagamathie too will be released simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages.

While the teaser of Bhaagamathie is yet to be revealed, the film started minting money through its pre-release business.

It has been now confirmed that the Tamil rights of Bhaagamathie have been sold for a whopping Rs. 15 crore to popular production studio Studio Green. The increase in superstar's popularity courtesy Baahubali 2 success has worked in favour of the film to fetch an astronomical price for the makers. And thus, Bhaagamathie emerged as the top heroine oriented film with highest ever price for Tamil rights.

Bhaagamathie also stars Malayalam actors Unni Mukundan Jayaram and Asha Sharath.
