Punjab Minister and Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu, who is being attacked by the ruling Bhartiya Janta Party over his visit to Pakistan on the occasion of ground-breaking ceremony of Kartarpur corridor in Pakistan attacks PM Modi in Rajasthan's Alwar.

Sidhu was attending a public rally in Rajasthan's Alwar attacked PM Modi over Rafale aircraft deal calling it corruption of hundereds of crores. Congress leader said, BJP purchased the Rs 500 plane in Rs 16,00. “"500 crore ka plane 1600 crore mein? 1100 crore kiski jeb mein dale, andar ki baat kis ke liye thi? Chowkidar ka kutta bhi chor se mil gaya hai." Sidhu said.


Earlier, Sidhu was targeted for visiting Pakistan on the direction of Congress President Rahul Gnadhi, after he said his 'Boss' (Rahul Gandhi) sent him everywhere. Later, he took U-turn from his statement

while clarifying that his visit to Pakistan was not directed by party president Rahul Gandhi but on personal invites from Pakistan PM Imran Khan. Sidhu visited Pakistan on the occasion of ground-breaking ceremony of the Kartarpur corridor project.

"Get your facts right before you distort them, Rahul Gandhi Ji never asked me to go to Pakistan. The whole world knows I went on Prime Minister Imran Khan's personal invite.

Earlier, on Friday the cricketer-turned-politician politician, Sindhu was asked about Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh's disapproval of his Pakistan trip. Responding to which, Sidhu said, "My captain is Rahul Gandhi, he has sent me everywhere," Mr Sidhu had replied, his reference to Amarinder Singh, popularly called "Captain", not lost on anyone.
