Watch: CM Gehlot announces 19 new districts in Rajasthan

In a major development in the state, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on March 17 announced to create 19 new districts and three new divisions in the state. He made these announcements while addressing the state assembly today.
With the formation of 19 new districts, the desert state will now have a total of 50 districts.

It is worth noting that the announcement comes ahead of the upcoming assembly polls in Rajasthan.
