The shocking incident has come to light where a man has slit the throat of his lover in Mumbai, Maharashtra. After doing this crime the accused man also tried to kill himself too. Both of them were taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The incident took place at GD Ambedkar road in Mumbai on Wednesday morning. According to the Police, a 22-year-old young man, Pukar Nate allegedly attacked the woman while she was walking.

As per the reports, Nate and the woman were in a relationship for more than 7 years. They met with each other in morning.

During their meeting, the woman told about the relationship that she has fallen in love with someone else. After listening to this, the man became angry and lost his temper. He took a blade from somewhere and cut off the throat and hand of the woman. As the 22-year-old woman started making noise, then the people rushed to help her.

Before the public could stop the Nate, he also tried to kill himself by cutting his hand and slit his throat. After getting the news, Police reached the crime location and admitted the couple to KEM hospital.

"We have registered a case against Nate under various sections of the IPC including section 307 (attempt to murder) and attempt to suicide," he said.
