Karnataka Police arrested a woman from Mulabagilu town for allegedly setting ablaze her two daughters over a family dispute. Jyoti, a resident of Andhra Pradesh’s Kurubarahalli, had come to Anjanadri hill with her children to die by suicide.

According to the police, Jyoti set her two daughters on fire on Wednesday morning, leaving the 6-year-old dead on the spot, and another with severe injuries.

After receiving information from residents, police rushed to the scene and rescued the girl.
