J&K: Blast in Shopian's Mini Secretariat

Panic prevailed in South Kashmir's Shopian district today after a blast ripped off near the entrance of the Mini Secretariat.
The blast occurred ahead of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed's visit, who had to inaugurate the Mini Secretariat.
Reportedly the blast occurred around 11:10 am today and the police is still ascertaining the situation. The impact of the blast was such that a part of road cave in, police have beefed up reinforcement and have put machines at task following the blast.
