Guru Purnima: Six injured in stampede at Adityanath's 'Janata Darbar' in UP's Gorakhpur

Stampede at Adityanath's 'Janata Darbar'

Six people including women were reportedly injured in Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath's 'Janta Darbar' at Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur on 9 July.

On the eve of Guru Purnima, UP CM held a Janta Darbar where he was addressing the people, said sources.


Suddenly people started jostled with each other in a bid to hand over their applications to the chief minister.

According to the police, all injured were immediately rushed to the nearby hospital.
