Joint rally of SP-BSP-RLD alliance

Setting off a campaign trail for the 2019 Lok Sabha election, the stage is set for the SP-BSP-RLD alliance to to take upon the ruling BJP in the Western UP as it goes to poll on April 11 and Mayawati in her scathing attack over Congress, BJP has announced the poll bugle.

Sharing the same stage, Akhilesh Yadav, Mayawati and Ajit Singh have kicked-off the poll campaign and send out a message in the Jat dominated constituency that ‘it’s the gathbandhan which will eventually look after them and not the Jumla’s of BJP.’

Mayawati attacked the Congress and said, “Congress ki Garibi Hatao natakbaazi dadi Indira ne bhi ki.”

Adding to her statement, Mayawati said, “I'm warning, especially people of Muslim community, that Congress isn't in a position to fight BJP in UP. Only 'gathbandhan' can fight BJP. Congress knows this but they're going by mantra 'Hum jeete ya na jeete, gathbandhan nahi jeetna chahiye'.”

Ransacking the poll startegy of the Congress for the 2019 elections and the appeasement politics, the BSP supremo ‘warned’ the voters and further said, “Therefore Congress party has fielded candidates from such castes & religion which will benefit BJP. Therefore I am warning members of Muslim community.”

In the first phase of polling which would take place on April 11, the seats of Western Uttar Pradesh which are stake include Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Baghpat, Kairana, Saharanpur, Meerut, Ghaziabad and Gautam Buddh Nagar and the issue of unpaid dues of Sugarcane farmers and the agrarian crisis remain the top priority.
