Bihar: Four RJD worker killed in a road accident while returning from Lalu Prasad's son Tej Pratap and Aishwarya Rai wedding

The happy moment of high profile wedding of RJD chief Lalu Yadav's elder son Tej Pratap and Aishwarya Rai ended in a grief when four of RJD's worker died in a road accident in Araria on Sunday. The workers were returning from the wedding ceremony of Tej Pratap with former Bihar chief minister Daroga Prasad Rai’s Aishwarya Rai in Patna held on Saturday.

According to reports, the incident occurred early Sunday morning on NH-57 near Araria. The deceased hailed from Kishanganj in Bihar. Among them were former minister Islamuddin Baghi’s son Ikramuddin, RJD district chief Intekhab Alam and Dighalbank zonal president Pappu, reported Prabhat Khabar. The identity of the driver is yet to be ascertained.

The RJD worker was travelling in a Mahindra Scorpio SUV, which met with an accident near Pothia bridge along NH-57. As soon as the information of the accident was reported, Forbesganj police personnel rushed to the spot. However, the exact reason behind the accident is yet to be found.

Meanwhile, RJD Lalu Yadav's son Tej Pratap tied the knot with Aishwarya Rai, daughter of RJD leader Chandrika Rai at the Bihar Veterinary College ground in Patna on Saturday. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Governor Satyapal Malik came to bless Groom and bride.

Simultaneously, along with former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav's wife Dimple, former Union ministers Praful Patel, Subhash Chandra, Shatrughan Sinha and Sharad Yadav also attended the wedding ceremony and Lalu Yadav welcomed all the guests.
