Andhra govt's bizarre directive: Perform puja, yajnas to ensure rain, welfare of society

In a directive issued in the name of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, the state government wants the Commissioner and other officials of the endowments department to perform pujas and Yajnas to ensure "bountiful rain at the time of onset of monsoon season".
