Haryana: Minor girl ‘gang-raped’ in moving car in Panipat; 2 held

Shocking news has come to light from Haryana where a 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped in a moving car by two youths in Model Town, Panipat on Friday night.

As per Tribune, the class 11th girl was found in an unconscious condition and was later admitted to a private hospital.

Two accused Ashish and Vishnu have been booked under Section 365 (Kidnapping) and 376-D (Gang Rape) of IPC and also under Section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The police have also recovered the car used in the crime.

As per the police, the victim went to her tuition at around 5 pm on Friday. One of the youths known to her called her near DAV park. When she reached there she saw four youths having liquor in a car and they even forced her to take liquor following which she fainted. They made her sit in the car and started moving the car on the Model Town road.

Later, two youths got down the car while Ashish and Vishnu took her to the Delhi Parallel Canal side road and allegedly raped her in the moving car. After committing the crime, the accused left her near the park where her scooty was parked.

DSP Bijendra Singh said that her statement has officially recorded and her medical examination would be conducted at the Civil Hospital.
