Fashion designer Camilla Franks, diagnosed with cancer, poses for intimate photographs with her daughter Luna
The 42-year-old fashion designer Camilla Franks today shared portraits with her newly born baby girl Luna Gypsy Jones. Yesterday Franks revealed that she is diagnosed with breast cancer post delivery.
The portrait shared that she shared was from May 2018 edition of Vogue magazine. She wore designs from her new Japan-inspired collection. While posing with the latest collection she smiles with her four-month-old daughter, Luna.
The fashion designer said, "There's a saying that when a child is born, the mother is also born, and I love being reborn into this new role,' She also said she hopes that the fear of the unknown is simply washed away when your precious little baby is placed in your arms.
Camilla Franks is best known for creating high-end bohemian-style kaftans. On Wednesday she revealed that she would be very soon treated. She took to Instagram and posted, "This year, 18,000 women in this backyard of ours will be diagnosed with breast cancer. Today, I am one of them."
Camilla Franks has created a niche in designing kaftans. She has over 20 retail stores in Australia-wide and over 200 workforces.
