It's time to bid adieu to our favourite winter season and welcome the summer season. As we make the transition away from the chilly nights, the sudden-changing weather can cause illness.

Falling sick during the sudden weather change is very common, but you can take some measures to stay fit and healthy.


Here are some health tips to fight the changing weather:

Stay Hydrated: Staying hydrated is the basic thing we all know but never follow. Weather its winters, summers or no matter what the wether is like, its mandatory to drink enough water and intake fresh fruit juices to stay hydrated. Adding honey into your liquid is also the best way to treat your taste buds while avoiding sugar. Notably, water works as a daily internal cleanser for our body; it flushes out harmful toxins and helps you absorb nutrients.

Workout Daily: Little workout and sweating works wonders for your health. So choose your workout wether its running or playing any sport, it will helps boost your immunity. 30 minutes of exercise each day is ideal for staying fit and active.

Good Sleep: Taking a sufficient amount of rest is as important as working out. A good sleep will keep you active throughout the day. Sleeping for 7-8 hours every day boosts your immune system and prepares you prepared for the day ahead.

Dress Right: Choosing clothes according to the weather is also play a vital role. As the climate changes, our body’s metabolism is caught unaware which also results in illness. So, its important for you to add or subtract layers according to weather.

Seasonal Fruits And Vegetables: Consuming seasonal fruits and vegetables have their own charm and benefits. Always pick fresh fruits and vegies for your daily consumption.

Be Hygienic: Its important to maintain good hygiene irrespective of any weather. This habit will keep away germs and other viruses from you. Remember, germs thrive and spread due to heat and humidity leading to seasonal flu, gastroenteritis, jaundice, typhoid, etc. take a bath before going out and after coming home, wash hands frequently, use good moisturizers for your skin to avoid rashes, avoid eating out.
