Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink has said that he is confident of turning the tide against PSG in the 2nd leg of their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 tie, after a 2-1 defeat in Paris in the 1st leg on Tuesday, 16 February.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic had given PSG the lead in the 39th minute, before a John Obi Mikel equaliser in the first half injury time. Uruguyan forward Edinson Cavani, however, gave PSG back the lead in the second half to seal a 2-1 win.

"Of course a defeat is a never a nice feeling, but you have to consider that it's a two-legged game. We are still in the race," he said in his post-match press conference.

Hiddink lamented Chelsea's failure to convert chances from counter attacks during the game, but added that his team had 'weeks to prepare' for the second leg in March.

In the other game of the night, Portuguese giants Benfica defeated Russia's Zenit St. Petersburg by a solitary goal, courtesy of a second half injury time strike from forward Jonas.
