FIFA World Cup 2018 witnessed the huge blow for the fans when France sent Lionel Messi and Uruguay sent Cristiano Ronaldo, prepared to leave Russia after their teams were eliminated in the round of 16.
France defeated Messi's Argentina by 4-3 and just after the Argentina's exit from FIFA World Cup Ronaldo led Portugal crash down by 2-1 to Uruguay, leaving the tournament without its two most loved players.
