Radhika Apte bags Best Actress award for 'Madly' at the Tribeca Film Fest 2016

Indian actress Radhika Apte bagged the Award for Best Actress in an International Narrative Feature for the film 'Madly' partially directed by Anurag Kashyap at the Tribeca Film Festival, 2016, adding to her accolades.
Anurag Kashyap took to his Twitter handle to congratulate her on her big win:

'Madly' is a series of short films where Radhika starred in a 20-minute segment titled 'Clean Shaven.'
In the movie, the 'Badlapur' actress portrays the character of a timid wife in a patriarchal society.
'Madly' has received wide acclaim for being a global anthology film featuring innovative love stories from the some of the world's most visionary directors including the likes of Gael Garcia Bernal, Mia Kasikowska and Anurag Kashyap.
