UP Police Recruitment 2019: It’s official! Get ready to appear for 49,568 Constable posts entrance exam on this date

The Uttar Pradesh (UP) Police Board has released the official date for the entrance examination for the recruitment of 49,568 posts of Constable on the official website. Therefore, aspirants who have applied for the examination can check the notification about their examination dates.

As per the official notification, UP Police Recruitment Board will conduct the written examination on 27th and 28th January 2019. So, aspirants get ready to appear for the constable post recruitment examination on the above date.

However, the official notification for the recruitment was released in the month of October 2018.

• For Constable (Citizen Police): 31,360 posts
• For Constable (Provincial Armed Constabulary): 18,208 posts

Selections Procedure:

The selection for the post of UP Police constable will be done on the basis of the basis of performance/evaluation in the given below categories:

• Scrutiny of Documents
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Written Exam
• Document Verification

Examination pattern:

The written exam will consist of questions from General Knowledge, General Hindi, Quantitative and Mental ability, and Reasoning Ability.

Pay scale:

The selected candidates will get the monthly salary in between Rs 5,200 to 20,200 per month with Grade Pay Rs 2,000.
