UP Chakbandi Lekhpal Vacancy Postponed: Know why online application process for 1364 post cancelled

A piece of shocking news for the aspirants who have or who are going to apply for the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) Chakbandi Lekhpal Recruitment 2019. Because UPSSSC has postponed the examination for over 1000 vacancies that the commission has released earlier.

Now, applicants will have to wait for more for the new recruitment date for the submission of application form for UPSSSC Chakbandi Lekhpal Recruitment 2019. Earlier, the last date to apply for the vacancy is 5th April 2019.


The reason behind postponing the recruitment process by the government is that there was no post notification was mentioned for the candidates belonging to the other backward classes and scheduled tribes.

Here's official notification released by UPSSSC:

 

As per the reports of livehindustan.com, Additional Chief Secretary Revenue Renuka Kumar has written a letter to the Chakbandi Commissioner and asked the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission to stop the recruitment process immediately with immediate effect and also asked to take action against the early release of advertisement issued in connection with recruitment. Besides, he has instructed to take action from the administration.

Earlier, in the official notification, it was mentioned that out of the 1364 posts there were 1002 vacancies for General category candidates while 362 for the scheduled castes.

  • General: 1,002
  • SC/ST: 362
  • Freedom Fighter: 27
  • Disabled: 54
  • Women: 272

Meanwhile, the detailed notification for the post of Chakbandi Lekhpal will be notified soon on the official website at upsssc.gov.in.
