Results of RPSC RAS prelims 2016 exam out! OBC/SBC cut-offs higher than general

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) prelims 2016 results are out. Candidates can check the results of the RPSC prelims on the official website - rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.

Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) announced the results late on 15 September. The marks and final answer keys for RPSC exams will be released on the official website soon. The RPSC Mains will be held on 26 or 27 December 2016.

RPSC RAS prelims 2016 cut-offs

According to reports, the cut-offs for OBC is higher than general. Here's a look at the category wise cut-offs:

• Other Backward Caste (OBC): 94.98
• General: 78.54
• Special Backward Cast (SBC): 80.82
• Scheduled Caste (SC): 71.69
• Scheduled Tribe (ST): 72.26

A total of 4,08,860 candidates had registered for the exam that was held to recruit 725 posts in 32 districts of Rajasthan. Of this, 3,03,721 candidates appeared for the exam and 11,046 candidates have been selected.
